    a) Collection of personal data when you visit our website

c) Collection of personal data for order processing

We also collect and process personal data as part of order processing if you provide it to us to execute a contract or when opening a customer account. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. It is possible to delete your customer account at any time and can be done at any time by sending us a message. We store and use the data you provide to process the contract. For the purpose of address validation and verification, the address entered in the online shop is used as part of the ordering process

Legal basis for processing:

The address validation serves to fulfill the purchase contract concluded with us. In this way, it is checked whether the ordered goods can actually be delivered to the address specified during the ordering process. In this respect, Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter b) GDPR represents a legal basis. A further legal basis for this form of data processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f) GDPR.

Purpose of data processing:

Address validation and verification enables you to check whether the goods you ordered can actually be delivered to the specified address. This is our legitimate interest. Furthermore, this is also in your interest, as such a comparison of the address reveals any input errors in the address you provided during the ordering process and you can thereby correct them.

  1. Disclosure of personal data

Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
