Germany , to you. By placing an order, you agree to the application of these Terms and Conditions of Sale to your order.
- Conclusion of contract
Our range of goods on the Internet represents a non-binding invitation to you to purchase goods. Your order is an offer to us to conclude a purchase contract. By clicking the “buy” button, you are making a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. We will declare acceptance of the offer within 2 days. This can also be done in the form of a shipping confirmation.
We do not save the complete contract text. Before sending the order via the online shopping cart system, the contract data can be printed out or saved electronically using the browser's print function. After we receive the order, the order data, the legally required information for distance selling contracts and the general terms and conditions will be sent to you again by email.
- Shipping conditions / shipping costs
We point out the shipping conditions and shipping costs as part of the ordering process. Shipping will take place within 14 days due to the high purchase volume.
- Retention of title
The purchase remains our property until full payment.
- Limitation of Liability
We exclude liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, provided that these do not relate to essential contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, guarantees or claims under the Product Liability Act. The same applies to breaches of duty by our vicarious agents and our legal representatives. The essential contractual obligations include, in particular, the obligation to hand over the item to you and to provide you with ownership of it. Furthermore, we must provide you with the item free of material and legal defects. Intentional damage is excluded from the seller's liability.
- Final provisions
In the event that you are not a consumer but an entrepreneur, we agree that the place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany. In this case, we agree that the applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
